Steve has 15 years expertise with a blue-chip pharmaceutical company
including senior management roles in manufacturing, commercial and strategic
planning. He has had extensive experience of change management in a
manufacturing environment, including rapid expansion, major project
implementation, and significant downsizing. This experience also extends to
a Head Office environment including involvement in a large scale merger.
More recently he has become a qualified coach to business and personal
clients, with experience of helping clients significantly with motivation,
work-life balance, planning, time management, career or personal
transitions. He is very passionate about personal development and also has
an international sports background, which adds to his experience of coaching
and sports psychology.
