Psychometric Assessment

What is it?

Psychometric assessment can provide you with information that will assist you to develop and recruit people. Used sensibly, and always with feedback to the person who completes the assessment, psychometrics are useful tools which very quickly provide a great deal of information as a basis for discussion and understanding.

Many of our Associates are qualified in the use of a number of psychometric assessment and personality profiling tools.

Annette Evans holds a British Psychological Society Level B Certificate in Occupational Testing, and is qualified to use OPQ, MBTI, Insights, 16PF and Benchmarks.

How can you use it?

Psychometric assessment and personality profiling can be used in a number of circumstances, and we will work with you to agree what is the most appropriate in your situation, for example,
