Kate is a Human Resources adviser and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has ten years operational experience as a personnel and training manager with a large hotel company. Within her consultancy role in the last ten years she has advised on all HR and training issues with both Oil and Gas Operators and Oil Services companies. Her experience within Facilitators International LLP includes creating and compiling an HR strategy for a Global manufacturing company, covering 600 staff, based in UK, Australia, Norway and US. She has also run upward feedback workshops and appraisal skills both onshore and offshore. Provided training services on an annual contract to oil Services Company, with sites throughout the UK. Compiled employment policies and procedures in line with current legislation for various operators, giving diversity to the role of "HR manager for hire". Kate has also facilitated various workshops and team meetings using PinPoint facilitation methodology.
Kate feels that her particular strengths are building relationships with people, and coaching them to find solutions. She is also very adaptable and meets the challenges that change brings.
