Louise is a highly experienced coach and trainer and has designed and delivered many programmes for developing groups and individuals.
Louise has held HR management positions with several divisions of ITT and Honeywell, working with the senior management teams on major organizational change programmes, including site closure, redundancy and TUPE. She also focused on top-team development, cross-company skills development, compensation and benefits, and harmonising terms and conditions.
More recently she has worked with consultancies delivering management development solutions to a range of client organizations including Motorola, Allied Domecq, CodaScisys, Wiltshire County Council, and Patheon UK. Fields of work have included performance management, recruitment and communication skills.
She also works with private clients in career counselling.
She holds a level B Certificate of Competence in Psychometric Testing, and is an experienced qualified user of the OPQ, 16PF, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator questionnaires. She has a first class degree in Psychology.
