She has worked extensively with teams, ranging from leadership teams to offshore and project teams. She has helped enhance the performance of groups and individuals through team development and intervention events, skills workshops, which address behaviours and attitudes.
Daniela is also a very experienced Coach and delivers 1:1 Achievement Coaching to senior executives, team leaders and their team members. Her approach to coaching is to totally focus on her clients' goals and objectives. Through her extensive experience and wide knowledge of tools and techniques, Daniela guides her clients towards developing their own solutions and action plans.
In addition, Daniela is a fully qualified Insights practitioner. Insights Personality Indicator is a tool that is designed to enhance the effectiveness of team and one-to-one interactions, thus helping companies improve their overall business performance.
To date Daniela has worked in a variety of industries, ranging from oil and gas to breweries and paper manufacture, as well as government bodies and schools. She also works successfully with mixed company teams and multicultural teams; her biggest project to date in this arena involved working with a team from 23 different countries.
