Once your leaders have mastered this programme, they will be able to:
- Motivate others and themselves to accept responsibility for the quality of their work and relationships
- help others to develop themselves through the effective use of coaching skills
- adopt a coaching style, rather than a 'telling' style towards others
- increase self-confidence in others and themselves
be able to manage confidently in areas where they possess little technical expertise
- inspire others to use the same approach
- achieve the above objectives in a highly participative, supportive environment
Programme Framework
The programme runs over a three - six month period to allow the new Coaches to use, assess and review their approach in a supported environment. The Programme Coach models a coaching and facilitative style throughout, enabling the new Coaches to take responsibility for their own learning and success.
This programme has also proved to be a highly effective team building process.
