Annette has extensive skills as a facilitator and coach, working the fields of organisation change, team building, personal development, communication, employee relations and recruitment. She has also developed and delivered a wide variety of management training, coaching and mentoring programmes.
Annette holds a degree in Psychology and Mathematics, a Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma in Personnel Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Annette holds a level B Certificate of Competence in Psychometric Testing, and is an experienced qualified user of the OPQ, 16pf, Firo Element B, Insights, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Benchmarks questionnaires.
