Alison specialises in one to one coaching, business facilitation, interpersonal skills development and team development. She designs and delivers participative, open sessions where challenges are tackled and future thinking applied to resolve them.
Her strengths are in drawing out issues and ideas, and getting action from individuals and teams. A high level of ownership by participants is generated, leading to tangible results.
She uses a variety of diagnostic and team impact tools to help teams discover where they are at, create their vision of the future and map their way forward.
Alison coaches individuals in support of their growth, development and performance. Her experience ranges from coaching on interpersonal skills, relationships, careers, work life balance, problem solving at work, issues of confidence and self esteem virtually anything on the client's agenda.
Her training experience includes leadership training, communication skills, business planning, and performance management programmes. Training programmes developed are tailor-made for her client organisations, based on their needs.
Alison is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is an experienced qualified user of Myers Brigs Type Indicator and Insights.
